Hello, in this video I shared how to sew a layered ruffle skirt. The measurements I gave are suitable for 5-6 year olds. You can sew it to different sizes by increasing or decreasing the measurements I gave in the video proportionally.
You can apply the waist line of the skirt +5 cm more than the hip width and the elastic measurement 5 cm shorter than the waist measurement for each size.
You can apply 1 × 5 cm difference between the ruffle layers for each size.
